The Jamaica Amateur Radio Association is the principal representative of the Amateur Radio Services within Jamaica. We are a membership service organization, headquartered at 76 Arnold Road, Kingston 5, Jamaica. Serving the over 60 Amateur Radio operators, enthusiasts, experimenters and hobbyists in Jamaica, by protecting and enhancing spectrum access, as well as providing a national resource to the public. 17, 1939, when radio was still in its infancy and communication was primitive
by today's standards.
